COUNCIL SITES:

CAMP DOT PERRY

A beautifully wooded Pioneer site. Ideal for canoe/sailboat activities, fishing and advanced cooking/camp skills. A fishing license is required for ages 15 and over.  Children under age 15 do not need a license if accompanied by an adult with a license.  Note:  Wilkes County residents may fish without a license only if using "live or digestible bait." Public swimming/boat launch access available between camp and Wilkesboro. 
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Two Pioneer units available year-round for tent pitching.  Training level, Mod 5, required.
LOCATION: On W. Kerr Scott Reservoir west of North Wilkesboro off Highway #421.

CAMP DOUGLAS LONG

A multi-purpose site with established archery range, low ROPES challenge course, lots of grassy areas for games, a small lake for fishing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boating, a pool for swimming and lots of hiking trails. Seven units are available for individual troops and Service Unit camping.   Available for schools and community group use during the weekdays. No fishing license is required to fish.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Platform tents, cabins, Adirondacks (3-sided cabins), and lodges available April 1st-October 31st.  Winterized/heated lodge available year-round.
LOCATION: In Southern Guilford County, South of Greensboro

KEYAUWEE PROGRAM CENTER

A multi-purpose site with lakes for fishing, canoeing, kayaking,  paddleboating; olympic-size pool for swimming and canoe tip-tests; craft house; nature center; horseback riding; large grassy playing fields for sports; Low and High ROPES Challenge course; archery range; hiking trails and nature trails. A trading post is open by appointment which offers souvenir type items. Fourteen units are available for troop and service unit camping.  Available for schools and community groups during the weekdays. No fishing license is required to fish.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Platform tents, cabins, lodges available April 1st-October 31st. Winterized/heated lodges available year-round.
LOCATION/PHONE:
South of High Point in Randolph County (336) 861-1198. The phone is located in the camp office. Leaders may use the phone, if necessary, for local, collect, or credit card calls. The office number may be left with parents for incoming emergency calls.

CAMP SEVEN SPRINGS

FACILITIES:  Lake for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boating and fishing; archery range, low ROPES challenge course, game field, hiking trails and nature trails, nature program resource house, day picnic area.  Five units for troop and Service Unit camping.  No fishing license is required to fish.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Platform tents, lodges and covered wagons - available April 1st-October 31st. Winterized/heated lodges available year-round.
LOCATION: In Davie County near Farmington.
