Our Tarheel Triad Council Goal is 1 Million Boxes!

Cookie proceeds support programming in the following NC counties:

Alamance, Alleghany, Caswell, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford,
Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin

Troops in the Tarheel Triad Council sold 945,144 boxes / 78,762 cases
of Girl Scout Cookies in 2007!

Setting Goals in 2007-2008!

Our recognition program is better than ever! Troops may choose between Option A (Troop Cash only) or Option B (Troop Cash & Individual Girl Recognitions) and remember the whole troop must decide and it should be a girl driven choice! Every girl member that sells cookies will receive a theme patch, regardless of the option chosen. Number bars will be given for sales of 100 boxes or more, in increments of 100. Ready Set Go! 135 Goal Getters!
In 2007 the Tarheel Triad Council averaged 125 boxes per girl selling…but in order to reach our goals to offer the best Girl Scouting programming we must increase these goals. Every Troop that sells 135 boxes per girl selling average during the entire order period (Dec 21 – March 12) will receive a Ready Set Go! Goal Getter Bar (for placement with theme patch) for each girl selling if the entire Troop reaches this goal. This recognition does not apply to individual Troop girls; it will be based on the whole Troop’s per girl average sold. The Troop will also receive a $20.00 Council Cookie Dough Certificate that may be redeemed at the GSTTC Council Programs, Learning Center Programs, KPC Trading Post and the GSTTC Girl Scout Shop.

Interested in earning a Ready Set Go! T-Shirt…
It doesn’t matter what recognition option your Troop chose!
For every Troop that sells 140 boxes per girl selling average during the initial order period ONLY (Dec 21 – Jan 21) will receive a Join the Fun! T-Shirt for each girl selling if the entire Troop reaches this goal. This recognition does not apply to individual Troop girls; it will be based on the whole Troop’s per girl average sold. Troop Cookie Managers/Troop Leaders can also earn a T-Shirt if the Troop averages 150 Boxes per girl selling. The council will provide up to 3 additional shirts if the 150 average per girl selling level is reached. What a neat option to wear at a Cookie Shop or on a special trip planned by your Troop!

Recognition Options Ready Set Go! 2007-2008
Option A: Troop Program Incentives
Troops choosing this option will receive a cash incentive of $9.00 per case. Plus every girl troop member, regardless of boxes sold, will receive Ready Set Go! theme patch. Girls are also eligible for number bars, earned in increments of 100 boxes.

Option B: Troop Program Incentives & Cookie Prizes!
Troops choosing this option will receive a cash incentive of $7.00 per case plus all girl members selling are eligible to earn Prizes and/or Cookie Dough based on the number of Boxes sold. Cash incentives are available to Troops only.

*Cookie Dough is not redeemable for cash. Cookie Dough may be used in the following:
GSTTC Day Camps, GSTTC Twilight Camps, GSTTC Resident Camps, GSTTC Council Programs, Learning Center Programs, Odyssey Adventures, Destinations, KPC Trading Post and the GSTTC Girl Scout Shop.

Plus every girl troop member, regardless of boxes sold, will receive a Ready Set Go! theme patch. Girls are also eligible for number bars, earned in increments of 100 boxes.
