This includes but is not limited to:
(T4 (pages 3-4), T3 (pages 1-2), Cookie Dough Summary (option B only), CCC Summary, Cookie Acct Bank Deposit Slips, Cookie Stamps, and Troop Cookie Manager Evaluations).
